How to Place An Order

How To Order:

  • Simply e-mail or phone us with your contact information and the items you
    wish to order, and we will e-mail or mail you an invoice that includes
    delivery/shipping charges and sales tax in Missouri (if applicable).  

  • Customers may ask for delivery/set-up or shipping quotes.  Full payment is
    required before shipping or at the time of delivery.

  • We utilize PayPal credit card processing.  PayPal is a secure online payment
    center.  When you contact us either by e-mail or phone, we will e-mail you a
    convenient custom e-mail invoice provided by PayPal to complete your
    order. And, as always, we are happy to take phone orders.

  • We also accept cash, postal money orders, and local checks, although orders
    will not be available for pick-up or delivery until payments have cleared the

  • Once you have received your invoice, you may mail it to us along with your
    50% down payment, or proceed with the Paypal payment system.  This will
    begin the processing of your order.  You will be notified that we received
    your payment along with an invoice copy in the mail and the estimated
    completion date for your order.  Please mail your down payment and order
    information to: P.O. Box 8332, Saint Joseph, Missouri  64508.
